Rapid Rehousing
We help veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness quickly obtain safe and stable housing. Our services may include housing navigation, landlord coordination, move-in support, and connections to community resources
Homelessness Prevention
We support individuals and families who are at risk of losing their housing. Through personalized case management, resource coordination, and referrals, we help address immediate barriers and promote continued housing stability.
Economic Empowerment & Career Development
We help participants build a stronger financial future through individualized case management, employment resources, career planning, résumé support, job-readiness assistance, financial education, and connections to training opportunities. Our goal is to help each participant increase their income, build assets, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
